The CFX3, is a culmination of over 50 years of experience, feedback and expertise in cooling system design and manufacturing. The Dometic CFX3 75DZ Portable Dual Zone Fridge & Freezer - 75L is one of Dometic's more popular sizes. Providing two separate fridge/freezer compartments with independent temperature control for cooling and freezing, this model is perfect for longer camping trips, enabling the user to freeze some goods while leaving other goods at a nicely chilled temperature.
With increased performance, the CFX3 is capable of reaching temperatures as low as -22°C, while drawing less power than a 60W lightbulb. To help save future heartache, Dometic has also improved the low-voltage technology, ensuring that the fridge keeps a constant eye on the voltage of the battery supplying its power. When the power drops too low, the fridge turns off. The visual interface also shows the voltage received from the battery, so you can keep an eye on this yourself too.
Previous models allowed the user to connect their mobile device to each CFX fridge via WIFI connection. For these CFX3 models, Dometic has expanded the options, now enabling the user to utilise either WIFI or the additional Bluetooth connectivity. By connecting the fridge to your mobile device, the user can monitor and change and track the temperature history of the fridge and track energy consumption. Your phone will also receive various notifications such as a low voltage alert and another if you happen to leave the lid open. This fridge is fool-proof! As an added benefit, the control panel on the fridge is also weather-proof - please don't keep your fridge out in the rain though.
