Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curbside shipments to business, residence or commercial addresses. Home and In home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it.

Delivery Time for Air Freight is 3 - 30  days, depending your area/ city/ or country location.
Delivery Time for Sea Freight is 12 - 45 days, depending your area/ city/ or country location.

We will be happy to provide you with the tracing number, when available, given to us by the delivery company.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns unless we made the error in shipping you an item different than what you ordered (not what you meant to order, but what you really did order). On RARE occasions we may, at our discretion, allow you to return or exchange merchandise. If we do allow a return or exchange it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If we sold or shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for the freight back to us and send you the correct item freight prepaid.

RETURN-AUTHORIZATION-NUMBER/PROCEDURE

While the majority of our merchandise is sold on the basis of no return, no exchange and no refund,  PT Maha Tools Store. will accept returns on some products in NEW condition within 3 days of receiving date, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee. You must receive a Prior Return Authorization number from one of our customer service representatives before attempting to return any goods. All goods are FOB from our warehouse(s) therefore refusal of any goods, once shipped, does not relieve the purchaser from their obligation to except the goods. IE: Once shipped, the goods are the property of the buyer, unless they have not been fully paid for, in which case they remain the property of  PT Maha Tools Store.

All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into their original box/pallet with plenty of packing material and place the original box/pallet in a shipping box and tape securely, and mark with the return address and Return Goods Authorization number provided to you from our customer service representative. If you ship something back without a valid RGA number on it will be refused.  Make sure to ship your product back insured and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.

Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

NO goods will be accepted for exchange or return without pre-authorization.
